EPA Stakeholder Survey

The EPA will soon be surveying our stakeholders to find out about their perceptions of the EPA and their level of satisfaction around the services we provide. This survey will continue EPA’s commitment to understanding its stakeholders by building on the market research surveys undertaken in 2002 and 2006.

The Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science of the University of South Australia will be conducting the survey on our behalf, using short telephone interviews and focus group discussions to gather information.

Key stakeholder groups included in the survey include licensees, unlicensed businesses, local government and users of our environmental complaints hotline.

Understanding our stakeholders’ views is important for service delivery and ultimately, improving environmental outcomes. The survey is not compulsory but if you are contacted by our researchers we would really appreciate you giving your time and sharing your views with us. Of course, your privacy is important to us and the confidentiality of individual responses will be maintained.

Should you have any questions about the survey project you can contact the Project Manager on 08 8204 9485.
